Partners
Partners refer to external entities or organizations that collaborate with your company in various contractual agreements. Partners can be suppliers, customers, vendors, or any other party with whom you have a contractual relationship.
These relationships are typically managed within the application to track contract details, obligations, and interactions.
Essentials
If you have worked with contracts before, you may know that multiple contracts can be concluded with a particular partner.
ContractoAI follows the same idea here and offers you a flexible structure for managing and consolidating your contracts through partners.
Single mode
This scenario is very common, if you start using the app.
Provide a one-to-one relationship between partner and contract.
Multi mode
This scenario helps you to consolidate your contracts by logical units.
Provide a one-to-many relationship between partner and contracts.

Create new Partner
You can create a new partner with a few simple steps:
- Navigate to the Partners tab
- Tap or click on [+] to enter the Partner add view
- Add the partner’s name
- Select the a type
- Optionally you can add an mail address and notes
- Tap or click on Save
- Your Partner is successfully saved. (Otherwise you get an error message)
Edit existing Partner
You can edit or expand the partner data at any time with few simple steps:
- Navigate to the Partners tab
- Tap or click on Edit icon
- In editor mode, you can change all of the properties
- Tap or click on Save
- Your Partner is successfully saved. (Otherwise you get an error message)
Monitor existing Contracts
Since one Partner can be related to multiple contracts, the Related Contract List shows you all of the attached contracts.
Info: On the partner details page, the contracts are filtered according to the status active. You can change the filter by clicking or tapping on the expand/collapse icon.
You can also view the Contract details from the Partner detail view by clicking or tapping a Contract.
Changing Partner list appearance
The Partner view support multiple appearences, which change the hiearchy the Partner list by Partner type.
