ContractoAI makes it real for you to monitor, analyze all of your contracts, financial metrics, termination dates.

Essentials

The goal of this article is to give you a comprehensive understanding of ContractoAI’s analytics capabilities.

All features mentioned in this article are supported on iOS, iPadOS and macOS devices with a slightly different but optimized interface.

In the analytics are we are speaking about Dices and Slices, which are stored in the  Composite Model.

Composite Model

Composite Model is an intelligent data preparation layer within your app. This kind of data preparation allows to aggregate, transform, visualize app data for analytics purposes. It works automatically in the background, but it is a core component, which helps to understand the analytics area in ContractoAI.

Data Scope

Dices and Slices can be selected on the Interactive Dashboard in editor mode under Data Scope.

Interactive Dashboard

Interactive Dashboard empower you to create your own charts with your own data interactively.

There are some requirements to be able to create your own Dashboard in the app:

• At least one Contract is created
• Data Quality Experience is selected (Gold, Silver, Bronze)
• If you have selected Gold, at least one Payment Plan is required

Viewer Mode

This is the default mode if you open the Interactive Dashboard. At the beginning it is empty, a Tip within the app helps you to navigate to the Editor mode, to create your first chart.

Editor mode

In this mode you can add, edit, remove charts. A main component is the Inspector, where you can choose the following properties:

• Data Scope
• Dimension
• Metric
• Formula
• Chart type
• Chart size

On the other hand you can do some actions on the Inspector like:

• Add new chart from selected configuration
• Save Dashboard

The configuration of your Dashboard is stored persitently on your device if you click on Save Dashboard or switch back to Viewer mode.

Date filter

Within the Composite Model (see more under FinE Engine) the Contracts Dices and Payment Plans Slicesare harmonised, which allows to filter your data on all Dashboards and Reports.

In other words, you can filter your data with a single date picker on Dashboard or Report and the FinE Engine takes care about the refreshing, even if you have a chart with Payment Plan data or from Contract data.

Contracts and Payment Plans have a start date and an end date with a range of dates in between.

After launching the app the filter series will be calculated over all of the considered Contracts and their Payment Plans.

The date picker has in this example a range of 10 years, which you can select.

Year 1 and year 6 were picked from the user, which filters Contracts and their Payment Plans for this time period.

Another example shows, that the year 7 and year 10 were picked, which consider Contract B, Contract C and Contract D only.
