Nowadays there are lot of special contracts out there. Sometimes the payments of a contract can be individual. To be able to handle this situation, ContractoAI helps you with powerful possibilities.

You can streamline your contract management process with a payment plan that’s perfectly aligned with your needs, ensuring accessibility to more contract insights.
Stages
Start
You can configure your Contract Payment Plan in this step and customize how it should be generated.
Draft
In the Draft status, you can fully customize your plan like a pro.
Final
In the Final status the Payment Plan is stored persistently within the Application database.
Tip: Whenever you make changes or add new items, please don’t forget to save your changes.
Editor
Mark items
You can easily track your payments and mark it on the editor view as Paid or Unpaid.
Customization
Sometimes payments or payment intervals are changing. You can fully customize your plan.
Analytics
Whenever a Contract has a Payment plan, the Analytics engine works on the Gold layer, which provides you the best data insights.
User Interface

Customizations directly on the list
If you would like to change the Due Date, Amount or Is Paid status of one item, you can do it directly in the list.
This is one of the easiest way to keep your Payment Plan up to date to one specific Contract.
Info: On the Analytics tab, there is a Payment Tracker view, where you can update the Is Paid status for all of your contracts.
Customizations on Inspector
As mentioned earlier, a Payment Plan is very flexible, you can add one or multiple items, you can change the amount for multiple items, or you can just recreate the entire plan.
Save changes
Whenever you make changes please save the plan by clicking or tapping the Save changes button.
Create new item
If a new Payment Plan item has to be created, you can click or tap on the Create new item button.
The inspector will be expanded with a new section Configuration for new item.
Within this section, there is a calendar, where you can select the due date of this payment. One required attribute in this section is Amount, optionally the item can be marked as paid with Mark as paid switcher.
Create new items
If multiple new Payment Plan items have to be created, you can click or tap on the Create new items button.
The inspector will be expanded with a new section Configuration for new items.
Within this section, there are two attributes Start and End date. The items will be rolled-out between this range, based on the Payment interval.
One required attribute in this section is Amount, optionally the item can be marked as paid with Mark as paid switcher.
Edit mode
Edit mode allows you to select multiple items from the list. After you selected one or multiple items, you can update the Amount on the Inspector and update the existing items to a new amount.
Recreate Plan
By clicking this button you will be asked you if you are sure to delete this plan. If yes, the Payment Plan has a stage Start.
Actions
Actions helps you to manage longer Payment Plans (e.g. with hundreds of items) easier.
Important: Actions are only supported on macOS and iPadOS.
There are currently four options to change the Is Paid status for multiple items:
- Mark all as Paid
- Mark all as Unpaid
- Mark as Paid until today
- Mark as Unpaid until today
By clicking one of this actions, the app changes immediately the status of the considered items.

Create a new Payment Plan
You can create a new payment plan with a few simple steps:
- Navigate to the Plans tab
- Tap or click on Getting Started in the Tutorial
- Select the start date
- Select the end date
- Click on Generate Plan
- Optionally you can add items and change the Date and/or Paid status
- Tap or click on Save changes or on Unsaved to persist the Payment Plan
- Optionally you can expand the Metrics and show the bar chart
