FinE stands for Finances easy and was developed to analyze contract data easily, precisely and efficiently.
Essentials
FinE Engine includes a powerful data processing system that enables users to collect, analyze, and visualize data from an application based on the selected data quality layer.
It provides an end-to-end data flow, allowing you to customize the data layers (Gold, Silver, Bronze) and create visualizations using various calculation formulas, dimensions, chart types and chart sizes.
Dataflow
You can select from three data layers: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. These layers determine the data’s quality and granularity.
Your choice of data layer influences all subsequent data processing.
Decision tree
The system collects data from the application using a decision tree. This logic governs the selection and extraction of relevant data based on user preferences and the chosen data layer.
Gold Layer
Total amount can be calculated based on the payment plan items
Silver layer
Estimated total amount can be calculated based on start date, end date and payment interval
Bronze layer
Estimated yearly amount can be calculated based on start date and payment interval
Composite Mode
The Composite Model is the core structure where all collected data is organized into two main components: Composite Dice and Composite Slice.
Data Bridge Service
The data bridge service is responsible for gathering data based on the selected layer. It automatically extracts and processes data from the application.
Composite Dice
This component is populated with data derived from the Contract data. It contains essential information regarding contracts.
Composite Slice
The Composite Slice component is filled with data from Payment Plan records. It includes payment-related details, allowing for a comprehensive analysis of payment plans.
Calculations
The FinE Engine allows users to add charts to their data, selecting a calculation formula, dimension, and chart type.
This feature enables users to perform the following actions:
Aggregate Data
Data can be aggregated, providing users with a consolidated view of their information.
Analyze Data
Users can perform in-depth data analysis, gaining valuable insights into their application’s performance and other relevant metrics.
Homogeneous Results
The system ensures that data remains consistent and homogeneous throughout the process, promoting reliable and accurate analysis.
Interactive Dashboard
You can generate a variety of charts and conduct comprehensive analyses to make informed decisions.
Formula Selection
Users can choose from a variety of calculation formulas. The selected formula defines how data will be processed and presented in the charts.
Dimension Selection
The user can select a dimension, which specifies how the data should be sliced or grouped for analysis. The dimension is a crucial factor in the type of insights generated.
Chart Type
Users can choose the type of chart they want to create (e.g., bar chart, line chart, pie chart). Each chart type offers a unique way of visualizing data.
All of the data insights, charts on the dashboard and the contect of reports within the app are calculated by the FinE Engine.
